FloridaE2.biz is a curated, browsable catalogue of independent Florida businesses for sale, filtered for compatibility
with the U.S. E-2 Treaty Investor visa and EB-5 immigrant investor program. It is operated by STRIX Ventures LLC
(Venice, FL), the advisory firm of Didier A. Renard, a former CEO turned acquisition advisor who has guided
French-, Japanese-, and other international entrepreneurs through U.S. business acquisition since 2018.
Didier A. Renard is also a Realtor and Business Transactions Specialist with World Class Realty (Master Brokers Forum).
